Privacy Policy

Effective July 8, 2026 · Last updated July 8, 2026

Battle Rhythm ("Battle Rhythm," "we," "us") is a personal combat-sports training journal available at battlerhythm.app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over your data. We keep it plain-English on purpose.

What we collect

How we use it

Sign in with Apple & Google

We use Apple and Google only to verify your identity at sign-in. We receive a verified user identifier and (unless you hide it) your email. Their handling of your information is governed by Apple's and Google's privacy policies. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email," we only ever see the private relay address Apple provides.

How your data is stored

Your data is stored in a private database on our own secured server. All traffic to and from the app is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is restricted, and we keep rotating backups so your journal isn't lost. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers required to run the app (for example, our hosting and sign-in providers), and only as needed to provide the service — or if required by law.

Your rights and choices

Children

Battle Rhythm is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
